Please remember that all of our jewellery is handcrafted

in our studio in Nicosia, Cyprus and is examined to perfection

before we send it to you.

Because we work with hands there maybe natural variations
that are not product flaws but your unique piece.

However, If you are dissatisfied with your item/s 
we would appreciate the reason for the return
so that we can improve your experience with us.

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

For hygiene reasons, we are not able to accept returns on earrings.

In the unlikely case of a faulty item, we will gladly
exchange the product within 3 months of purchasing.

All returns must be in original condition and
must not be worn or damaged.

You will be responsible for arranging to have the item/s
returned to us for any costs incurred.
Returns must be by trackable postal service, as we will be
unable to offer refunds on items that do not reach us.

You will be notified by email once your returns 
have been received and processed.
